Mikes XS sells retail to customers in the United States, Central & South America, Australia, New Zealand, and abroad. Domestic shipments are sent via UPS or USPS. International shipments are sent via USPS. We pay shipping in the USA (Continuous 48 States) on orders $100.00 & up. Some products excluded.  Shipping costs to Australia, New Zealand, and other countries are calculated by the shopping cart as items are added to the order.

International customers have the option to choose between USPS Priority or USPS First-Class shipping. We do not recommend First-Class International due to the high risk of lost packages. Customers who choose First-Class shipping will be fully responsible for tracking and lost packages. Mikes XS will not be responsible.


Orders are placed by Online Shopping Only and the site has been certified as secure. See: Site does not have a minimum order and all prices are in US Dollars. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Cards and payments by Paypal. Additions or other changes cannot be made to orders after they are placed so be sure before finalizing orders. Paypal E-Check orders will be held until the funds clear. Money orders and paper checks are not accepted - If you cannot purchase by paypal or credit card have a friend or relative who does have these options available place the order for you. The Online system sends a notice of shipment and a Tracking number when the shipment is made (Note: If you have Blocked E-Mails/replies we will Not apply to your system to get the notice to get thru).

Mikes XS reserves the right to cancel any order prior to shipment at its discretion. In the event of a cancellation the refund process for the full payment shall be started at the same time as the cancellation, and the customer will be notified via email. Examples would be errors on our website or inventory issues.

When placing your order, please double check the product photo and description to make ensure that the part you order fits your specific bike, as all qualifying returns have a 15% restocking fee, and shipping is non-refundable.

Gift certificates expire one year after the date of purchase.


All prices herein are retail. Customers in Florida Only must pay applicable state sales tax (the system adds it). Actual current pricing when in dispute IS the price as listed in the online Shopping basket system see: We seldom increase prices but all prices are subject to change without notice. We try to keep prices low and to do so must get the right part out the first time. Please do not order items you are unsure of. 

Shortages and Shipping Damage

 Damage or loss in transit by UPS courier is the responsibility of the carrier (you Must contact UPS in case of Damage or Non delivery and make a claim). Shipments must be opened immediately upon receipt and the contents checked for completeness, damage and proper application as we will not accept claims after 10 days from date of shipment. If there is any damage to the order, place a claim with the carrier immediately and be sure to keep all original shipping cartons, packing,etc. The courier company will want to examine them before approving claim for payment. Mail shipments (outside USA) often are held by Customs or the Post office and customers should check with your carrier and also the local post office/customs department if the package does not arrive in a timely manner.


All warranties void for parts used Offroad or for Racing use or if parts are installed on any bike except listed with each part. Parts fit only applications listed with each item.

Exhaust systems are warranted for 45 days against manufacturers defect or workmanship. Warranties do not cover damage caused by impact, modification, exposure to corrosives or deterioration caused by weather or wear. Owner is responsible for all damage caused by installation, accident or neglect. Bright chrome systems are not warranted against bluing. Warranty returns must have prior approval from our order desk and have All hardware returned.

Electrical Parts - Choose Carefully Electrical items Are NOT Returnable for any reason. Parts work on models indicated ONLY. See our Model ID charts and be sure that you are ordering items for the correct bike (We are not responsible for mixed breeds or items you have ordered incorrectly (We do not sell USED parts). Please do not order these items as diagnostic tools and always check related parts for the reason the original part failed (Many have ruined the newly purchased part by not heeding this advise).

Carb Parts - Choose Carefully, Carb Parts are Not Returnable for any reason (know what bike you are ordering parts for).

General merchandise is guaranteed for 45 Days from date of retail against manufacturers defect in workmanship or material Guarantee is limited to replacement of the unit or defective component thereof only. Any item which has been modified, subjected to misuse, neglect, incorrect installation or application is not covered.

We do Not warranty wearing items (nor does Yamaha) such as cables, rubber parts, bulbs, filters, contact points, brakes etc. unless they are shown to be defective prior to installation. Note: Some 650's have excessive vibration known to fracture frames, mirrors, headlights etc. and owners have responsibility for these problems.
