Brake Pivot For Forward control Linkage TC Bros Choppers
TC Bros. Choppers, LLC universal brake pivot kit for connecting forward control linkage to drum brake linkage. Kit includes weld on raw steel mount with threaded holes that is coped to fit your frame tubing. After welding the mount to your frame you can then bolt the brake pivot to that. Brake pivot is totally serviceable with replaceable oil impregnated bronze bushings. Pivot is powdercoated gloss black for a super durable finish. Kit also includes raw steel return spring mounting tab and return spring.

Ultra lightweight, high performance XS650 bolt on rearsets kit that fits all Yamaha XS650 motorcycles. The rearsets are made from lightweight aluminum making the whole kit weigh only 2lbs 14oz. Kit includes a pair of rear sets featuring CNC machined aluminum pegs with oil impregnated bronze bushings, and CNC laser cut mounting brackets. Linkage rods with heim joints and mounting hardware are also included. The pegs are knurled for increased grip. The mounting plates bolt to your stock footpeg mounts. Everything bolts on with no frame modifications. Mounting instructions with pictures are included. The stock kickstart lever must be heated and bent to clear the brake pedal. The stock brake pedal and stock shifter must be cut and a hole drilled in them to attach linkage to. Everything is explained in the included instructions! This is a very easy mod to do to your Yamaha XS 650 and is perfect for cafe racers, and manx styled bikes!

Aluminum universal mount rearsets. Can fit virtually any bike if you make mounts and shift/brake linkage rods. Includes a pair universal rearsets featuring cnc machined 6061 aluminum pegs with oil impregnated bronze bushings. Each rearset only weighs 9oz each. The pegs are knurled for extra grip. They also include stainless steel mounting bolts that thread into the pegs.

Universal Linkage Kit for forward control kit 19-0401. Rods and tubes must be cut to fit your application.

Kit includes: Two 24: long 5/16" threaded rods, four 5/16" ball joints, two 5/16" ID x 1/2" OD steel tubes (to cover rod threads and increase rigidity), eight 5/16" jam nuts, four nylock nuts and four flat washers. Steel tubes are raw finish and must be painted after cutting to length to prevent corrosion.

Forward Control - XS400. Knurled pegs. All years of XS400 Special, does not fit Standard, DOHC, or Maxim models. Designed for stock exhaust header pipes, therefore some aftermarket exhausts may not fit without modification. Kit includes a pair of forward controls featuring CNC machined aluminum pegs. The mounting plates are heavy duty powder coated shell and bolt to your front motor mount. The spacers are TIG welded to the mounting plates. Everything bolts on with no frame modifications. Longer motor mount included. Mounting instructions with picurues are included. Linkage kit not included. Stock brake pedal and shifter must be modified to attach linkage rods. Everything is explained in the included instructions. Easy mod and makes long trips more comfortable due to the fact that your legs are extended forward rather than bent.

Great for choppers and bobber projects, or stock bikes.

will fit better and also improves shifting! Includes rubber. Fits: 1970-84 650's.
It is approx. 7 1/4" from the center of the shaft attachment hole to the center of the toe shift rubber.
