Lane Splitter handlebars 9.25" rise, black powder coated. CNC mandrel bent for smooth bends and perfect symmetry. Uprights angle inward. 9 1/4" rise, 2 1/2" pullback 28" overall width. 7/8" OD 13g a wall (.095" thick) steel tubing. If you have 7/8 diameter bars and your handlebar clamp spacing is 6 3/4" or less (outside to outside), then these bars should fit your bike. Stock cables on XS650 will work.
