Frame Tab - 1 inch - Raw - Custom

Whether you're building a complete custom frame or just adding tabs for a seat or brake switch when it comes to making a metal tab it's simply too time consuming to make one that has both a perfect 1" radius on top and bottom. The DCC Originals DIY Universal Frame Tab! Water-jet cut for a clean and accurate edge, this tab is 1" wide and has a 1" radius on the top edge for a clean and finished look.

Whether your mounting a brake switch or a linkage rod it looks and flows with the existing lines of the frame construction. On the bottom we gave it a 1" radius too with 1/8" wide side sections for perfect fitment around your existing frame. This also allows you to give it a nice clean weld all the way around.We pre drill a 5/16" thick hole centered on the tab that you can drill out to as large 1/2" for whatever task you might be taking on.

Installing a custom seat? Weld a set of four tabs on the interior of frame and viola! You can run bolts or d-zus clips up to your seat for quick and easy securing.
